Last updated: October 23, 2026. This policy explains how Linki Security handles personal and company data when you use our marketing site, free trial, and portal.
What we collect
Account email, company name and address, project data you upload (addresses, photos, quotes), billing contact details when you subscribe, and usage events needed to operate plan limits and support.
How we use it
To provide Linki Security features, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate service updates. We do not sell installer customer lists. Training on your private job files requires an explicit opt-in — default is off.
Retention & deletion
You can export and delete projects from Settings. Account deletion removes associated job files from active systems within a defined window; backups may lag briefly.
